Warranty and Product Care

For product warranty concerns or for questions on product care, please contact us by emailing warranty@hollander.com or calling us at 1-800-BEDROOM (press 1). All warranty claims require proof of purchase.

Please provide photos of the following:

  • Product bill of sale or purchase receipt
  • Product labels (law, care, brand)
  • Product defect

If the defect described cannot be seen in photos, we will retrieve the product for review.
